Ms. Gladys Mendez is the Quality and Patient Safety Coordinator for the Trauma Program at Hamad General Hospital. Ms. Mendez received her Bachelor of Nursing degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and obtained her MSN from the University of Phoenix.
Prior to joining the Trauma Service in 2014 she was the Trauma Registry lead at Orlando Regional Medical Center. She has more than 15 years of experience in both Pediatrics and Adult Emergency. She has served as a staff nurse, charge nurse and unit educator.
